• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% matching bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive up to ৳8,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳26,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x.
• The bonus can only be claimed once — one time per account only.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must first be met.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the Company may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period which will be stated in the offer details.

6.3 VIP Program

The act365 VIP program has 5 levels in total. Higher levels can be reached through regular play:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP level benefits and cashback rates are determined entirely at the Company's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the act365 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Applying collusive or fraudulent strategies with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

All content on the act365 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is protected under the Company's intellectual property rights.

• Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Losses resulting from service termination due to changes in Bangladeshi laws or regulations.

9.1 Service Availability

The company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service at any time for maintenance or upgrades. The company is not liable for any losses incurred during such maintenance periods.

10.1 Complaint Process

2. Keep your complaint reference number.
3. Wait until the company's investigation process is complete.
4. The company's decision will be considered final and binding.

10.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results

Game software logs are stored in the company's records. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be treated as the definitive source of information. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the company will consider refunding the amount wagered on that bet.
